I want the ability to invite new users to the project by typing their email, even if they are not registered in RTLCA.
So RTLCA would automatically send invite to this new email user.

If you want to add users by email, you can do that by going into
Profile → Users → Invite user
There you can fill in the name, email and their role and they will get an e-mail to activate their account. From there you can invite them into your project.

OK, but it would be a smoother process if I don’t have to go through multiple processes in different windows.
I just did sent invite (to the organisation) as you described.
Now I have wait for them to activate and then I have to send another invite to the project.
Too many steps in my opinion.

We will work on making it possible to invite users directly to projects via email, even if they aren’t registered in RTLCA yet. This will make things much easier and faster.
