We’re excited to announce another major update to the Real-Time LCA platform! This time, we’ve expanded our support to include Sweden, bringing us one step closer to comprehensive Nordic coverage. :earth_africa: Let’s dive into what’s new and improved:

Sweden Support

  • Boverket Calculation Type: Fully supported, ensuring compliance with Swedish regulations.
  • Boverket Specific Transport Emissions: Added for more accurate assessments.
  • Boverket Specific Emission Factors for A5: Now available for detailed reporting.
  • Swedish Building Types: Introduced to better align with local construction practices.
  • EN 15978_2012 Standard: Reporting now follows this standard, ensuring consistency and reliability.
  • Project Breakdown with BSAB Codes: Offering a structured approach to project management with Swedish-specific codes.

  • EPD Owner Creation: Email address is no longer required, simplifying the setup process.
  • Optional Classification: Setting the Classification is now optional when creating custom types or materials in the mapping view.
  • Description Field: You can now input descriptions when creating new types or materials.
  • Expanded Indicators in Insights: More indicators added to give deeper insights into your projects.
  • Enhanced Mapping View: It’s now possible to initialize Create Material and Construction directly from the Mapping view, not just the Library view.
  • Automatic Unit Conversion: Material quantities inputted in tons are now automatically converted to kilograms for consistency.

  • Expanded EPD Library: We’ve added a significant number of new EPDs, enriching the library for broader selection and analysis.
  • Future Releases: Stay tuned—support for Iceland and the Faroe Islands is on the horizon for our next release!
