Can't map structural columns

All of my structural columns isn’t shown in the mapping window but I can see all the columns in the 3D view.

You’re probably looking in the wrong model. I reckon the structural columns were drawn in a structural model, so you should open that model in the mapping view

I’m having a similar problem. I’m working on a early stage revit file that is made entirely in ‘arkitektur’ and there are no linked models.

The beams and columns are created as ‘Framing beam boise’ and ‘Rektangulær søjle’, but only the beams are showing up in my Real Time project.

I have exactly the same issue. I have tried exporting from different views, apply different materials, but the issue persists. Structural columns are visible in 3D of RealTime LCA, but are missing in the material mapping.

Hi all,

We identified the issue and have a fix ready for it - we will be testing it and it will be apart of the release end of this week.
