I’m currently mapping my materials with BimTypeCode in RTLCA.
Unfortunately Auto Mapping doesn’t transfer this to new projects.
Is it something you are considering adding to RTLCA?
Have you checked that the parameter you have chosen in settings match the parameter used in your Revit file?
Currently we don’t use any classification code i Revit.
For us, it would be far easier that the classification is done in RTLCA and not in Revit, if only the Auto Mapping would transfer the BimTypeCode.
