Issues with "Constructions", "Excel Uplad" and "Lag time"

Hi. Just acquired Real Time LCA, and am trying to create a “Template project”, but encounters a few major issues.

Constructions: Can´t be saved - am getting an error on each and every try… see screenshot (It´s saying “Page not responding”)

Excel upload: 9 of 10 times it fails while trying to update the Excel file… see screenshot

Lag / Slow response: The entire system seems extremely slow, and it takes several (20-30) seconds each time I map a material

Thanks for reaching out to us. I’ve tried to answer your questions below.

This seems weird. Are you experiencing the same issue occur in different browsers? What browser are you using?

Are you using the updated version of the excel file, that can be downloaded on the Download Template button? We have recently updated the template.

This is something that we are actively working on to solve. I assume this has to do with the fact that you have a lot of types. Expect update release end of august.

I normally use Chrome, but just tried with Firefox for creating Constructions - But same issue.

The Excel template was download on July 7th, so it should be up-to-date.

Hi @Munkholm

I can reproduce the issue with the browser becoming unresponsive - and I’ve created a ticket for our development team to look at it. Will revert when fixed.

Can you send me the excel version of the materials-template file? Then I can see why it is not working.
